Draft for review — effective date to be added.
This policy describes general expectations for intellectual property on the website. Ownership and licensing of paid project deliverables must be established in each client agreement.
Website materials
Unless otherwise indicated, original text, graphics, layout, branding, and other site materials are owned by or used with permission of the relevant rights holder. They may not be commercially reused without permission except where law allows.
Client materials
Clients must have the necessary rights to logos, photos, text, fonts, software, and other assets they provide. Client-supplied content does not automatically become our property.
Project deliverables
The applicable proposal should state when ownership transfers, what licenses are granted, whether source files are included, and which third-party components remain under separate licenses.
Open-source and third-party components
Open-source software, fonts, themes, plugins, stock assets, and other third-party materials are governed by their own licenses.
Copyright concerns
A rights holder or authorized agent who believes material on this website infringes their rights should contact us with the work identified, the allegedly infringing material and location, contact details, a good-faith statement, and authority to act. Applicable notice procedures may require additional elements.
Review and contact
We will review sufficiently detailed notices and take appropriate action where warranted. This page is not a substitute for statutory notice procedures or legal advice.
Before launch: Confirm the operating legal entity, business address, actual service practices, vendors, tracking tools, retention schedules, and applicable jurisdictions. Obtain qualified legal review. Last updated: October 15, 2026.
